식물공장론 (Plant Factory Study)

The intents of this course are to teach the concept of plant factory, crop growth under environmental factors and the design of plant factory, nutrient management and recycling techniques, environmental control and plant production, light sources, and efficient lighting methods. For practical purposes, transplant production systems, plant factories under natural and artificial lights, vertical farms, and ecologically-closed systems with case studies will be reviewed.

본 과목의 목표는 식물공장의 개념을 이해하고, 식물공장의 시스템 설계, 환경요인과 식물생육, 식물공장 설계, 양액관리를 포함한 수경재배기술, 환경제어와 식물생산기술, 광원 분석, 조명방법, 식물의 생산성 분석 등에 관한 이론과 기술을 습득한다. 또한 실용적인 목적을 위해서, 육묘공장, 자연광 및 인공광 식물공장, 수직농장, 밀폐생태계 식물생산시스템에 관하여 사례 연구와 분석을 실시한다.
